As the Manager of Client Services, Teri leads a team for The Family Office at Synovus that is responsible for processing client requests. She ensures processing is handled efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with established company and regulatory processes and procedures.

Teri’s primary roles include managing, training, and providing guidance for a team of Family Office Specialists, who handle the administration of clients’ accounts. Additionally, she plays an integral role in developing processes and procedures that efficiently align and support Family Office team members, Synovus Trust operational partners, and Family Office clients.

Teri joined Synovus in 2010, and has worked in a variety of Administrative Management and Human Resources positions. She studied Computer Information Management at Columbus State University. Teri is a licensed life and health insurance sales professional.

She resides in Columbus, Ga., with her husband, and has two children and three grandchildren.
