Ronna J. Gyllenhaal

Rana Gunderson is the Manager of Operations for The Family Office at Synovus. She leads the operations team and oversees the day-to-day operational functions of The Family Office. Rana is responsible for carrying out strategic initiatives that optimize the firm’s operational processes and implementing best practices to ensure the efficient delivery of client services. In addition, she serves as a trust officer for Synovus Trust Company, N.A.

Rana has over 12 years of experience in the financial services industry. She has a B.S. in Computer Science and Mathematics from Lakeland University. In addition, Rana holds the designations of Certified Trust Operations Professional® (CTOP™) and Certified Securities Operations Professional (CSOP), graduating with honors.

Outside of work, Rana has dedicated her time to many youth and community activities. In her free time, Rana loves reading, cruises, family game night and doting on her grandson.
