As a Family Office Advisor at for The Family Office at Synovus, Jordan provides financial, estate planning, and investment advice to multi-generational client families. Focusing on trust administration, wealth transfer planning, investment management, family governance, and philanthropy, Jordan is committed to helping families preserve their legacy and grow their wealth across generations. She is part of an integrated team that works to identify, understand, and achieve a family’s unique goals through comprehensive strategies across the family enterprise. Jordan contributes her experience to The Family Office’s Center for Family Legacy, focusing on next-gen engagement and education, family transitions, and leadership planning. She is a co-leader of the firm’s educational committee and serves as an advisor for our women’s-focused hedge fund.

Jordan brings eight years of experience working in the wealth management and financial services industries. Prior to assuming her current role, Jordan served as an associate on the Family Office Advisory team, supporting client families and the Family Office Advisors with advisory services, tax and estate planning, investments, and family enterprise services. 

Jordan has a BA in English from Auburn University and a JD from the Cumberland School of Law, Samford University. She holds the designation Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA). In addition, Jordan is a member of Family Office Exchange, Family Wealth Alliance and its Young Professionals Network, American Bankers Association, and BlackRock Southeast Women’s Group.

Outside of work, Jordan is a dedicated wife and mother to two young children who have helped her refine her multitasking, collaboration, and negotiation skills. She lives in Columbus, Georgia with her family and English springer spaniel who failed basic obedience and field training but excels at retrieving pinecones & tennis balls.
