Vice President, Senior Portfolio Manager
Binoy Parekh is a senior portfolio manager and voting member of the Investment Committee (IC) at The Family Office at Synovus (TFO). He works alongside a team of portfolio managers to support the investment efforts of the firm, with coverage of public equities, fixed income and a range of alternative investments. As a voting member of the IC, he is also involved in asset allocation decisions, manager selection and due diligence across liquid and illiquid assets.
Binoy began his investment career at Goldman Sachs in Salt Lake City and spent five years there. He later transitioned to an ultra-high net worth single-family office where he held a leadership role in making investment decisions and managing assets across various investment strategies. Following his tenure at the family office, Binoy joined Olympus Wealth Management, a multi-family office, as an investment manager and a member of the firm's Investment Committee.
Binoy brings over twelve plus years of family office investment experience and a strong passion for investing to TFO. He was drawn to the firm because of its people, culture, mission and investment approach.
Binoy earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas with a degree in Finance. During his free time, Binoy enjoys volunteering his time for causes he is passionate about.
