Binoy Parekh, CFA®

Binoy Parekh is Director of Portfolio Management –Research and Due Diligence at The Family Office 
at Synovus, where he oversees investment research and works alongside a team of portfolio 
managers to support the firm’s investment efforts across public equities, fixed income, and 
alternative investments. He is also a voting member of The Family Office’s Investment Committee, 
participating in asset allocation decisions, manager selection, and due diligence across liquid and 
illiquid investments.
With more than 20 years of family office and investment experience, Binoy brings a strong passion 
for investing and a broad perspective across investment strategies. He began his career at Goldman 
Sachs and later served as Deputy Chief Investment Officer of an ultra-high-net-worth single family 
office, where he made investment decisions and managed assets across multiple investment 
strategies.
Binoy earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the McCombs School of 
Business at the University of Texas. He also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA®) 
designation.
