Our History

Our legacy began over seven decades ago when the patriarch of the bank’s founding family passed away, forcing his family to sell two textile mills to pay estate taxes. This event resulted in this family establishing its own Family Office to handle estate planning and trust services to preserve their wealth for future generations.

Although we’ve grown from solely serving that one family to now serving more than 95 families, we’re still driven by our passion to help multi-generational families manage their wealth and plan for their future.

As our client families’ needs evolved, we expanded our support services too. We believe it’s not just about managing your family’s investment assets, it’s about helping families identify their vision and goals, leveraging unique solutions to achieve these goals, and partnering with each family member to lay the foundation for their future.
